Ingredients
Butter, salted, 0.25 cup (remove)
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced (remove)
Milk, 1%, 1.50 cup (remove)
Pepper, white, 0.50 tsp (remove)
Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
Cod (fish), 2 fillet (remove)
Flour, white, 0.25 cup (remove)
Dried mustard 0.50 tsp
Directions
Cut fish into large pieces and place in a single layer in a baking pan.
Pour milk over fish and bake 350F for 12- 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Pour off milk and reserve.
In heavy saucepan, melt butter over med heat, add onion, cook til clear, stir in flour, salt pepper and mustard. Stir in reserved milk cook, whisking , for about 5 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
Pour sauce over fish, top with cheese. Place in dish bake for 10 minutes or until bubbling and heated through.
