Ingredients

    500 grams cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
    I can beans of your choice, drained and rinsed
    2 med. tomatoes, sliced
    1 small cucumber, diced
    50 grams feta, diced
    I avocado peeled and diced
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt (can leave out)
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs

Directions

Dice cooked chicken, tomato, cucumber, avocado and feta. Add olive oil and seasonings, mix well. Add a big dollop plain yogurt to each serving. Makes 6 servings....good on crispy bread rolls (calories not included), or as a wrap, or just as salad.
