Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 package of Udon Noodles
    7-8 oz of beef (thinly sliced)
    1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms (sliced)
    .5 yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
    .5 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
    1 cup of broccoli (chopped)
    1.25 cups of snap peas
    .5 cup of teriyaki marinade

Directions

Marinate beef in 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce 1+ hours before preparing meal. Slice up all of your chosen veggies. Boil water. Start cooking veggies ina skillet or wok that is sprayed with cooking spray. Read instructions on the cooking time for your udon noodles. Start cooking noodles at the same time you start cooking beef. Cook beef in the same skillet that your veggies are cooking in. When noodles are to your preferred softness toss them in with the meat, veggies and the remaining 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. Serves 3 people.
