Ingredients

    Quick Oats
    Whole Grain Quinoa
    Dried Apricots
    Dates
    Almonds
    Almond Milk unsweetened

Directions

Place oats in a bowl, chop apricots and dates into small pieces and add to the bowl, smash or chop the almonds in a food processor until quite fine (you can use walnuts as well) and add to the oat mixture. Place whole grain quinoa in the food processor to make fine (like oat bran) and add to the bowl. Place all ingredients into an air tight container.

Add 1/2 cup of the oat mixture into a breakfast bowl and pour boiling hot water over it, cover and let stand for about 15 minutes. I add unsweetened almond milk and a little bit of brown sugar but it is good without as well.
