Introduction
Recently my grandmother made some delicious oatmeal cookies! Raisins and Pecans made them so yummy!I unfortunately stepped off track because of them! (I ate 5 of them)
I thought.. How can I improve on the recipe? She followed th one on the Quaker Oats container.
I followed it but changed a few things. Like instead of whole eggs, just egg whites. And instead of regular margarine, I used my Bestlife Buttery Baking Sticks! Recently my grandmother made some delicious oatmeal cookies! Raisins and Pecans made them so yummy!

Ingredients

Bestlife Buttery Baking Sticks, 16 tbsp (2 Sticks)
Egg white, 4 eggs worth
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
All-Purpose Flour, 1.5 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Quaker Oats , 3 cup
Raisins, 0.5 cup
Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Slowly stir in oats.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on sheet, remove to wire rack.
