Introduction

Makes a very thick stew that is very filling and great for cold days!! Makes a very thick stew that is very filling and great for cold days!!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 Cups Diced Potatoes
    2 Cups Diced Onion
    2 Cups Diced Carrots
    6 oz Canadian Bacon Diced
    1 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1/2 Cup Lowfat Cheddar Cheese
    2 Tsp Margarine
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Combine potatoes, onions, carrots, margarine, canadian bacon, and half and half in a large pot, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Allow to simmer 45 minutes. Add milk and allow to simmer 30 minutes. Add cheese and allow to simmer 15 minutes. Serve!!
