Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Yellow Cornmeal, .75 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 0.188 cup (remove)

Directions
Brown Beef, green peppers and onions. Drain beef.
Add Salsa, corn and garlic and cook until corn is cooked.
Add all spices and cook for a minute. Add cheese and cliantro and pull off heat.
Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, butter, egg and milk in a separate bowl.
Pour beef mixture into a 9x13x2 pan. Dallop the cornmeal mixture ontop of beef and lightly spread evenly. Place in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until cornbread is cooked.
