    3-4 Chicken Breast
    9-11 c. Water
    3 c. Mixed Vegetables, frozen anykind
    2 stalks of Celery, diced
    1 c. Onion, chopped
    1/4 c. Chicken Bouillon, low salt
    4 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta, I break noodles into smaller pieces
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Place chicken breasts into larger pot, add water, bouillion, boil until chicken is tender. Take out chicken and break apart, then add back into pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables and pasta are done.

I'll serve this along with a fruit or fruit salad cut.
