A much lighter version to such a comfort food. A much lighter version to such a comfort food.
Number of Servings: 4


    12 oz package Jenny O Ground Turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can 98%ff Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Med. sized Spaghetti squash (3.5 cups of strings)
    1.5 cups of WW Mexican Cheese mix


Cut your spaghetti squash in half lenght wise. Put in shallow baking dish with some water and cook on 350 for about an hour. Let this cool enough to handle. Scrape the strings out and put in the bottom of a square baking dish.
While Spaghetti Squash is cooking: Brown your Turkey and
onion. Mix Soup in with Turkey/onion mixture and pour on top of squash. Top with Cheese and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Yummy. This make 4 very generous servings for not a lot of calories.
