Introduction
This is basically Ina Garten's recipe for chocolate-dipped strawberries. I have halved the cream which still gives a creamy chocolate consistency, but helps the chocolate to harden when chilled. I have changed her chocolate melting instructions. Microwaving works great and is much easier than the double boiler she suggested. Ingredients

1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (Mini-morsels melt easiest)
1 1/2 T Heavy Cream
1 Pint Strawberries (about 12 Large)
Directions
Melt the chocolate and cream together in microwave-safe dish microwaving for about 2 minutes at half power and stirring midway through and after 2 minutes.
If chocolate has not yet melted completely, go for perhaps another thirty seconds or so. Stir again when microwave time has finished. Dip each strawberry in the chocolate and set aside on waxed or parchment paper to dry. Chill immediately and allow to set up before serving.
