Ingredients

    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 can black beans
    1 small can of green chilies
    1 can diced tomatoes
    half of a jalapeno
    3/4 C 2% shredded cheese
    juice of 1 lime
    1/2 t cumin
    1 t chili powder
    salt to taste
    some fresh cilantro
    1 bunch of chopped green onions

Directions

In a food processor blend the beans, green chilies, tomatoes, jalapeno, chili powder and cumin.

Put in a bowl and microwave for 7 minutes (or until hot), stirring every few minutes.

Add lime, salt, clinatro and green onions.
