Ingredients
-
3 0z. package of sugar free strawberry gelatin dessert (generic Jell-o)
1/8 tub of sugar free drink mix (generic crystal lite)
4 cups of water (32 ounces in total)
Directions
Follow directions for making gelatin on the box. (uses 2 cups of water)
In a 2 quart container add the completed gelatin mix to 2 cups of cold water. Stir well.
Pour mix into container ( the container I use as in the picture I bought at the Dollar store).
Place in freezer for 4 to 6 hrs.
When you remove from the freezer run warm water over the bottom of the container and the pop will come right out after a few 30 to 60 seconds.
If you don't have the container as pictured or one similiar you can put the mix in ice cube trays or small paper cups.
refrigerate the remaining mix to be uses for refills. Makes approx. 12 pops. (the mix will get a litle thick stir before refilling the container. They will freeze in about 2 hrs. now.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
