Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 1.5 cups
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Butter, Crystal Farms - salted, 2T melted melted
    Almonds, 1 ounce (28 grams) slivered
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 28 grams
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, .75 tsp

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Combine wet & dry mixes. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Yummy with fresh fruit & a drizzle of milk over it.
