Ingredients

    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper to taste
    kidney bean ( one bag)
    I can of sweet corn
    1 can of carrots
    1 sm can of mushrooms
    1 can of black eyed peas
    8 tsp of ketchup
    8 tsp of chili sauce
    one sm onion diced
    Red peppers ( roasted in garlic gloves and Olive Oil)
    Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
    two can of diced tomatoes



Directions

Allow beans to soak over night in a bowl full of water
put all ingredients into a crock pot, and allow to cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
