Introduction

My 8 year old son helped me with this from start to finish and we enjoyed every minute of it. He is so proud of these muffins he helped to create, he has no idea how good for him they are. Ingredients

    1.75 C. whole wheat flour
    .25 C. dry milk
    .25 t salt
    .5 t. baking powder
    2 t. baking soda
    .5 C. honey
    .75 C. fat free milk
    .75 C. unsweetened applesauce
    1 Lg. egg

Directions

Mix all dry ing. together. Mix all wet together. Combine wet to dry just until moist. Line muffin tins with papers sprayed with cooking spray. Place in 350 degree oven for about 20 min. or so. Makes 14 using a 1/4 measure cup.
