Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup Splenda (recipe only would note teaspoons, but that equals 3/4 cup)
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 entire can of halved pears, strain, keep juice separate
    1/4 cup eggbeaters
    1 cup quick oats
    water

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients except oats.

Drain pears and keep juice separate. Add enough water to pear juice to make one cup.
Dice pears.
Mix together in separate bowl, the wet ingredients. Add oats and stir. Add to dry ingredients and once mixed, fold in diced pears and cranberries.
Bake in muffin liners at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
