Introduction

1 cup halved/quartered mushrooms
1 red pepper - diced
1 green pepper - diced
1 medium onion - chopped
2 large carrots sliced
1lb sliced lean beef
1lb shrimp
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp. corn starch
1 cup halved/quartered mushrooms

1lb sliced lean beef
1lb shrimp
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp. corn starch

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    brown sliced beef in canola oil - add carrots, soy sauce & sesame oil - keep covered for 3-5 minutes.

    Add in all other veggies and 3/4 of the chicken broth - cover for additional 5-7 minutes.

    Add shrimp.

    Mix remaining chicken broth & cornstarch.

    Bring everything to a boil - add remaining chicken broth & cornstarch mixture - continue to stir to thicken sauce.

    Serve over rice.
