Ingredients

    1.5 cup of whole wheat flour
    1 cup of finely chopped nuts (I used almonds)
    1/2 cup of Splenda
    1/5 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tspns ground cinnamon
    3/4 cup butter
    1 15oz can of pumpkin
    1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tspn of ground allspice
    1/2 tspn of salt

Directions

Heat over to 375. Mix flour, nuts, splenda, brown sugar, and 1 tsp of cinnamon in a bowl. All the butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside 1.25 cups of the crumb mixture. Pat remaining mixture into an ungreased 13x9 baking pan.
combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, 1 tsp of cinnamon, allspice and salt in large bowl, mix well. Pour evenly over crumb mixture.
add 1 tbsp of flour to the remaining crumb mixture, and then pour it on top of the pumpkin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Cook 10 minutes and serve warm.
