Ingredients

    2 medium red yams- grated
    1 tsp cumin seed
    2-3 arbol chillies or 1 serano chilli - minced
    1/4 cup cilantro leaves
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    salt
    sugar 1/4 tsp (optional)
    Ghee- 1 T

Directions

heat ghee
add cumin seed, let crackle,
add minced green chilli, saute 2-3 min
add 1/2 of the coriander leaves.
add cumin powder, salt and sugar
add grated yams, mix , cover and cook 5-10 min
garnish with coriander
