Ingredients
1. 1 pound chicken
2. 1/2 a large white onion diced
3. 250 gms tomato puree
4. 1/4 cup yogurt
5. 8-10 almonds blanched, peeled and ground to smooth paste
6. 2-3 green chillies
7. 1/2 inch ginger piece julienned (total 1-1.5 tsp)
8. 1 tbps ginger paste
9. 1 tbps garlic paste
10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
11. 1/4 tsp sugar
12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
13. 1 tbsp chilli sauce ( i used hot louisiana sauce)
14. 1 tbsp soy sauce
15. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
16. 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped finely

Directions
fry the tomato paste in a teaspoon oil till it is nicely cooked and turns into 2-3 tbsp thick paste
boil onions till completely soft, drain and make a paste, heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a wok, add onions, fry 2-3 min. add ginger garlic paste, fry 4-5 min
add bite size chicken pieces, fry till chicken is completely done, dry and oil has separated
add salt, red chilli powder, sugar, turmeric, chilli sauce and soy sauce. mix well.
add tomato paste, fry 3-4 min. add almonds and blended yogurt. fry 2-3 min (at this point oil must start oozing out), adjust salt, red chilli
finally, turn off gas, add thinly julienned ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala and heavy cream, mix and serve
