    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/2cup Kraft grated parmesean
    1 egg
    1/4 cup fresh parsley (or 2 tbsp dried)
    1 clove garlic, minced


Some flavors of Kraft Grated Parmesean are lactose free - check the back lable. If it is lactose free it will say "contains 0 g of lactose" right around the UPC symbol or near the bottom on the nutritional information.


Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all ingredients. Divide and shape into 12 meatballs.

Place in foil-lined 15X10 baking pan.

Bake 25 minutes until cooked through.

If you double or triple the recipe, the extras free well for future meals. I freeze mine in freezer ziploc bags.
