Ingredients

    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
    Apples, fresh, .5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    Zucchini, 1.25 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Knorr Vegetable Bovril, 2.5 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Wash and add each ingredient from top to bottom of ingredient list after washing and cutting in half. Turn Vitamix on low and increase to variable speed 10 then turn to high for 4 to 5 minutes to make soup hot. For quicker and hotter soup, add boiling hot water to blend before blending.

This is so creamy from the sweet potato and a healthy veggie soup on the go.
