    Chicken breast
    Chow Mein noodles
    Onion, white, slice thin
    Bean Sprouts
    green onion (3 stalks sliced thin)
    Snow peas
    red pepper flakes
    vegetable oil
    seasame oil
    soy sauce


Cut chicken into small pieces brown in 1 Tblsp of Seasame oil.
Meanwhile, cook chow mein noodles according to pakage directions.
Remove chicken from pan. ( I suggest using a wok)
Add to pan vegetable oil and a few shakes of red pepper, add and sautee onion, bean sprouts, and snow peas.
Cook until onion is tender. Then add green onion sliced small.
Add chicken and noodles to the pan (wok) and mix well.
Add rest of seasame oil and 2 Tblsp. soy sauce
Serves btwn 6-8
