Ingredients

    Meatball
    1.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    1 egg
    1.5 cups white rice
    2 tsp Tyme
    2 TBS can chipolte in adobo sauce (just the sauce)
    1 tsp salt

    Sauce
    2-3 medium-large tomatoes
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 medium onion
    1-2 can chipolte (the jalepeno only)
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups water

    Optional
    Add carrots and potatoes to the soup

Directions

Makes 25- 30 meatballs each serving 3 meatballs
Mix meatball ingrediants together, set aside.
Sauce-Boil Tomatoes, onion and garlic glove until soft
While sauce is cooking, form 1.5 inch meatballs.
Sauce is done-add to blender with1cup boiled water , tomatoes,garlic,onions, chipoltle,and salt blend until a sauce...

Put sauce in a pan on medium heat add the meat balls and cook for 30 minutes
