Ingredients
-
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Flaxseed
2 Tbls Cottage Cheese
1 Hot Dog Bun
Directions
1. Mix egg, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
2. Pour onto hot frying pan.
3. After a few seconds when the egg has started to become less runny, add the flaxseed on top of the egg (this way most of the flaxseed stays in the egg and doesn't sink and get stuck to the frying pan instead of the egg)
4. When the egg is mostly solid, turn off the flame and flip the egg so that part that was on top is getting the heat.
5. Spread cottage cheese on hot dog bun and add the egg.
Optional: Any sort of vegetable would also go well with the sandwich.
Makes 1 serving.
