    2 Chicken thighs boneless and skinless cut into pieces
    Salt, pepper (dash)
    1 pressed garlic clove
    2 fresh parsley chopped
    10 green beans cut into pieces
    1 bunch of broccoli cut into pieces
    1 large carrots sliced


Mix chicken pieces with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Put in the lowest bowl of the steamer. Mix vegetables, add a dash of salt in the steamer bowl and place it on the second level. Set on 30 minutes. Cooking time vary depending on the size of the chicken pieces. Makes 2 servings
