Ingredients

    beef flavored with taco seasoning
    two eggs
    peppers of any color
    tomatoe
    onions
    chedder cheese
    taco sauce

Directions

chop veggies and mix with scrabbled egg mixture, pour in heated skillet and wait till have cooked,( turning to a solid base), top with the cheese and let the cheese melt in. Fold over to a half plate size and top with taco sauce if you disire.
Serve with toast, potatoes or a tossed salad.
