Ingredients

Ground beef, extra lean, 1 lb
*Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1 can
*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 package
*TORTILLAS, Flour, MISSION Fajita 6, 8 of these
*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a skillet on the stove top, brown beef, drain reduce heat to low. Add Refried beans, half can of water and taco seasoning and stir until combined, melted and thickened.
Spray 10 inch oval baking dish with cooking spray. Place two tortillas on bottom of dish. Add two spoonfulls of beef mixture and spread. Top with 1/4 of cheese then top with two more tortillas and continue to layer ending with tortillas then last of the cheese.
Bake for approx 20 - 25 mins, let sit for 5 - 10 mins to cool.
