Introduction

This is a cold weather fall dish that will please anyone who like's a Rueben sandwich This is a cold weather fall dish that will please anyone who like's a Rueben sandwich
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 8 oz pkg turkey pastrami, shredded
    4 cups Rice Noodles
    6 slices Swiss Cheese
    6 slices American Cheese
    1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 jar or 2.5 cups of Sour Kraut

Directions

Boil noodles until done but still firm. Shred Pastrami. Mix sour cream and soup in separate bowl. Layer 1/2 the noodles then1/2 the pastrami, /2 the soup mixture, all of the american cheese. Then add all the kraut. Layer remaining ingredients as before, ending with the swiss cheese on top. Let cook for about 4-5 hours in crock pot. Stir well before serving. serves 10+
