Ingredients

    1/2 lb. hamb
    1/2 lb turkey ground
    1 can of cr. of ck soup
    1 can of condensed milk
    1 can rotel
    12-16 corn tortillas
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 onion diced
    8 oz. cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef and turkey until done, drain and add taco seasoning and water and stir.
combine rotel soup milk in a bowl and stir
layer corn tortillas add meat on top and the half of mixture then half of the cheese, then layer corn tortillas then meat and the rest of the mixture and then the cheese and then bake at 350 until cheese is melted and it is bubbling around the edges about 30 minutes. you can double if you want to make a larger quanity. this makes about 8 1 oz servings.
