Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (I use Laura's Lean calorie count is for the 92% lean)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (minced)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (minced)
    Garlic, 3 clove (minced)
    Bush's Chili Beans, 3.5 cup (2 cans I use 1 mild and 1 medium)
    Ketchup, Heinz, 1/2 Cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup )
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (or mix 1/2 and 1/2 with Emeril Essence)
    Salt, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (chopped)


Directions

Serves 7

Brown Ground Beef with all vegetables. Drain grease (if present). Add beans, ketchup, water and spices. Simmer 30-45 minutes
