Made Chicken Pot Pie fer a Sick Hubby.
1 Serving='s 1/4 of a Pie
Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

Pie Shells 2 Shells
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 4 tsp
Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers), 3 serving
Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Pepper, black, 3 dash
butter, .1/4 cup
9' Pie Crust, Deep Dish, Pillsbury, 1 serving
Directions
Pre Heat Oven on 400 Degrees
Get a Big Cooking Pot (Like the one you Boil Noodles in)
Take your Veggies & Throw them in
Take Your Cut up Chicken Breast & Throw them in too
Add Water & let Boil until Chicken is Cooked Th roughly
Drain but 4 Cups of the Chicken Broth
Add the Garlic, Pepper & Ritz Crackers Crushed
Turn off Stove Top & let the Ritz Crackers Thicken a Bit
Take Butter & Melt it in a Microwave fer 30 Secs- 1 Minute
If you have a Cooking Brush, Then Take the brush & Base the Pie Shell with Light Covering of Butter
Take a Big Spoon & Scoop or Pour Half of the Ingredients into each Pie Shell
Put 9' Pie Crust on Top & Base again with Butter
Take a Fork & Create Air Holes fer the Pie
Put Pies in Oven & Cook 8-10 Minutes or until Golden Brown on Top.
Cut Pies into !/4's & Serve 1 Quarter Per Serving
Enjoy.
