Introduction

Great alternative to chili with beef. Great alternative to chili with beef.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can lt red kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes (app.4cups)
    1lb. ground turkey 93% lean
    1 cup tomato juice
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 tbsp Chili powder (or to your taste)
    2 tsp sweetner (optional, I like my chili a little on the sweet side)

Directions

Makes 10 1cup servings

Cook and drain turkey (set aside)
In med. to lg. pan add 1can kidney beans, 1can diced tomatoes 1 cup tomato juice, diced onions & cooked turkey. Add Chili powder & sweetner to taste.
