Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4tbsp whole flax seeds
1/4 tsp salt
4 scoops vanilla whey Protein Powder
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup (ED Smith)
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Add honey, syrup, and vanilla extract. Keep stirring to blend.
Coat square baking dish with olive oil spray. Press mixture evenly.
Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes
Cut into 16 bars
Great to wrap individually and take on the go for a healthy, low fat snack!!
