Ingredients

    4 russet potatoes, julienned (with skins)
    1 T olive oil
    8 slices turkey bacon (lean)
    2 T light ranch dressing
    1/3 c fiesta style shredded cheese
    1 T Potato Toppers (for baked potatoes)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a bowl, toss the potato pieces in the olive oil. Place potato pieces on a baking sheet. Bake for approximatley 35 minutes.

Transfer baked fries to another bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss till coated evenly.

Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings.
