Ingredients

4oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
2 cups frozen Broccoli
1/2 cup Cream of Broccoli soup (condensed)
1 slice American Cheese singles
Non-Stick spray
If desired you may increase Broccoli to 4 cups for a larger portion. This adds: 60cal, 0 fat, 8 carbs, & 4 gms. of protien. This also increases vegtables for this dish to 4 servings!!
Directions
Pre cook chicken & Brocolli. I boil chicken for quicker cooking and to keep it moist. I cook the brocolli in the microwave for 6 minutes or so. Depending on desired tenderness of the broccoli.
While these are cooking pre-heat oven to about 375 degrees, In medium bowl add 1/2 cup of the Cream of Brocolli soup. Add cooked broccoli, and chicken (shredded into bite size pieces. Mix well.
Spray bottom small casserol dish with non-stick spray. Add half of the mixture, take one half of the cheese and tear in to pieces and top the mixture. Add 2nd half of mixture and top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 15minutes.
