Ingredients

    21 oz. Lean ground beef
    1 can diced tomatoes (no sugar) no salt added
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 heaping tsp sea salt
    1/8 cup dry onion
    1 tsp dry garlic
    1 cup water

Directions

Brown Hamburger in a skillet (drain)
add other ingredients
simmer for atleast 30 min.
Add additional water as needed
portion out and freeze
Great for quick meals and it tastes great.
