Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat over to 350F.
Combine oil, water, and salt and wisk until it's near-frothy white.
Loosely mix flour blend. Avoid overmixing. Make sure the dough is the same consistency of a dried batch of cookie dough.
Grease cookie sheet well with Crisco or other trans/saturated/hard fat.
Roll dough flat (as thin as pie crust).
Lay in cookie sheet and make incisions for serving sizes.
Bake for about 10 minutes, watching after 9 minutes to avoid burning.
Adjust time for crispier or flimsier bread.

Makes 6-8 servings.
