Ingredients

    3 Boiled Eggs
    1.5 TBS Miracle Whip Light
    6 Slices Wheat Bread, toasted
    Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

Peel eggs and mash with a pastry cutter.
Stir in Miracle Whip.
Coarsely ground black pepper to taste. (I go heavy on the pepper.)
Serve on toasted wheat bread.
Serves 3.
