Ingredients

    16 oz Tilapia
    2/3 c. Soy Sauce
    1/4 c. Sherry, dry
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 1 lemon or 3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Mix marinade in large ziplock bag. Place fix in bag and cover with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator 2-3 hours. Drain and broil or grill 3 minutes each side.

Makes 4 servings, 1 filet each
