Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup Stevia
    1/4 cup greek plan non fat yogurt
    2 tablespoon canola oil
    2 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 Cup almond milk
    1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats or quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 cup Raisins

Directions

In a large bowl place flour, baking powder,cinnamon,baking soda, and salt and mixed together and set aside.

Then in another bowl combine sugar, yogurt, oil,eggs,vanilla, and milk. mixed well.

Add this mixture to the dry mixture and blend. At this stage if the batter is to dry you can add more milk. Then add the oats and raisins to the mix.

Place in a pre heated 350 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 mins. Take note the cookie will not change form to much after baking. So when you place on cookie sheet form in a little ball if you want or press slightly with a back of a flour spoon that is up to you they hold there form. This makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies and are 59 calories a cookie. Enjoy.
