Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1.5 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup parsley
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    2 Tbsp chicken broth
    1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins

Directions

combine flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne in small bowl, dredge shrimp in flour and seasoning mixture.
heat oil in large skillet, saute shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat. remove shrimp, leave oil.
same pan - saute garlic, onion, parsley and oregano over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
pour over shrimp.
pour chicken broth and Lea Perrins in skillet to deglaze for a minute.
pour over shrimp or toss shrimp back into skillet to warm.
