4.5 lbs of skinless and boneless chicken breast
6 Tbsp. of Lawry’s Mesquite with Lime Juice marinade
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Large ziplock plastic bag (1 gallon size)
    PAM cooking spray
    9” x 13” Pyrex cooking dish

Add the Marinade, black pepper and garlic to a large ziplock plastic bag.
Pierce the chicken breasts several times with a fork.
Place the chicken in the ziplock bag, squeezing out excess air and seal the bag. Gently squeeze the bag to distribute the marinade around the chicken. Place bag in a large bowl and refrigerate and marinate the chicken about an hour. Remove from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature for about ˝ an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray an oven-safe Pyrex dish with PAM. Arrange the chicken in the Pyrex dish. Place into the oven and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear or the internal temp is about 150-160 degrees F. Remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil.
Let rest for about 10 minutes.
