Ingredients

    1 cup Broadbeans (fava beans) preferably fresh
    1 tsp Sumac (dried)
    1/2 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
    1/2 chopped Bird Eye Chilli
    .5 tbl ground Cumin seed
    1 tsp 100% Lemon Juice
    1.3 tbl Olive Oil
    Salt, to taste -about 1/2 tsp

Directions

After shelling beans, boiling for about 7-10 mins and hulling beans from outer skin, put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth paste. If too thick, add a little more oil, lemon juice or water if required. If using canned beans or pre-prepared, this will take about 5 mins to make
