Ingredients

    8 oz flank steak
3 tbsp Soy Vay Very Very Teriyaki Sauce
4 oz soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups chopped Asian vegetables (onion, carrot, snow peas, broccoli, zucchini, baby carrot, mushroom)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp hoisin sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp fresh minced ginger
    Sesame seeds

Directions

1.) Place flank steaks in plastic bag with Soy Vay teriyaki sauce and seal. Refridgerate and allow to marinade for a minimum of one hour, turning occasionally to mix. The longer you marinade, the stronger the flavor will be - we usually marinade ours overnight.

2.) Preheat outdoor grill. Bring pot of water to a boil. Add soba noodles and cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until noodles are al-dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Mix together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce and set aside.

3.) Heat oils in stirfry pan over medium heat, swirling to mix. Add vegetables and garlic. Stirfry for 3-4 minutes, or until veggies just begin to soften.

4.) Add soba noodles, teriyaki-soy sauce mixture, and fresh ginger to pan and toss to mix. Stirfry for 2 minutes, or until noodles have absorbed most the liquid. Sprinkle with desired amount of sesame seeds and toss. Remove from heat and plate.

5.) Place steaks on grill and discard marinade. Cook for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes on each side (for medium rare). Remove from grill and place on cutting board - slice thin on the diagonal. Arrange on top of pasta and serve.
