    8 slices whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
    1 lb. cheese grated
    1 lb chopped lean sausage, cooked
    9 eggs
    3 cups whole milk
    3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


Sit overnight on fridge. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
