Ingredients

    3/4 head cabbage, shredded or finely chopped
    1 cup grated carrot
    1/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup chopped apple, with peel
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise

Directions

shred or chop fine 3/4 head cabbage,
Add grated carrots, raisins and chopped apples,
Stir in mayonnaise, let sit for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serve cold
