Introduction
I saw a recipe on the back of a cheese package, and adapted it to low carb. Ingredients

1 ready to use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15 oz pkg)
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (divided)
3 oz canadian bacon (chopped)
4 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 green onions
1 Roma Tomato (diced)
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F
2.) Prepare crust as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle 3/4 of cheese onto bottom of crust; top with bacon.
3.) Beat eggs and heavy cream with wisk until blended; pour into crust. Top with onions, remaining cheese, and tomato.
4.) Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F; bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is set and top is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
