Ingredients

    Bake:

    4 medium sweet potatoes at 400 for an hour

    skin and put in mixing bowl with:

    1 stick butter
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    1 tsp of nutmeg
    2/3 cup of pineapple
    2/3 cup brown sugar

    whip for a few minutes add 1 egg and whip a few minutes more...put in one pie crust...bake at 400 for 10 minutes....350 for 30 minutes and put on marshmallows...put back in oven until marshmallows are slightly browned...
