    1 30 oz can Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix
    1 14 oz can Borden Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 Eggs
    1 Marie Callender's Deep Dish Pie Shell


Preheat oven to 425 F

Mix eggs, milk and pumpkin well. Pour into the Deep Dish pie shell. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Reduce tempurture to 350 F and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Do not freeze.

The original recipe calls for simple evaporated milk, but I only had sweetened condensed milk as I usually make pies with plain pumpkin and not canned pumpkin pie mix.
